Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 and any order under $100 is only $7.95. These shipping prices apply only to the continental US. It is possible for us to ship to Alaska & Hawaii however, actual shipping costs apply. Please call 1-800-773-5331 for a shipping quote.
Please note: While we carry a large inventory of freeze-dried food, because of rapidly increasing demand and international food shortages, please anticipate a 3 to 6 week ship time on most freeze-dried food products. Virtually every supplier is back ordered on these items, so you won't get it sooner anywhere else. Your credit card will not be charged until time of shipment. Thank you for your patience!
Return Policy:
At The Ready Store we love our customers! We appreciate your business and value your time and money. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers all over the country and we want you to be completely satisfied as well. Because we value our customers and want you to be satisfied, we make it easy for you to return any order for any reason. Upon receiving your order, be sure to inspect all products for any damage or discrepancies.
To return a product, simply follow the steps below:

Before returning any items, call our customer service number at 1-800-773-5331 to get a Return Authorization Number. Every order that is returned to us or refused by the customer must have an R.A. Number in order to be processed or accepted.

Make sure the items are repackaged in their original boxes and are in new condition. At The Ready Store, we do not charge a restocking fee for any returned item.

Ship the items back to us via pre-paid UPS or U.S. Mail.
We will refund shipping costs on items we determine to be defective or for shipping errors on our part.

After receiving the items, we then refund your credit card for the amount of the order less any shipping charges that may apply.
